The Flow Express Car Wash

I have been impressed with the quality of the wash and the employees I’ve engaged with since I signed up for my membership two months ago. Today I ran my Telluride through the wash and as I was toweling the car dry a young man named Marcus came up and asked how I enjoyed the wash and proceeded to ask me if he could spray my mats down. Anyone with a six passenger vehicle knows what a pain it is to wash all the mats down. This is my third interaction with Marcus and each one was extremely professional. I’m sure he is a great asset to their team. I highly recommend this company. Oh I almost forgot, they have drying towels, glass cleaner and air spray to clean around doors and windows.

I’ve been coming to this car wash for a while, and I couldn’t be happier. The staff are always attentive, hardworking, and ready to help whenever needed. The wash quality is excellent, and the touchless wash option is one of the biggest reasons I keep coming back. It’s much safer for the paint and definitely sets this place apart from many other car washes. I also appreciate the customer station with clean microfiber towels and cleaning spray that anyone can use and return after use. It’s a small detail that shows they really care about their customers. Another thing I like is that the vacuum area is quiet when the vacuums aren’t being used. Unlike many other car washes where there’s constant machine noise, it’s much more comfortable here. Overall, this is one of the best car washes I’ve been to. Great service, excellent wash quality, and thoughtful customer amenities. Highly recommended!

What I absolutely love about this car wash is that they had an air blower to blow the crumbs out from under the seat and the small cracks in the car that you can’t reach with the vacuum to suck all the trash. Most car washes only have vacuums and not the air blower thing. So that was absolutely perfect. I left the car looking well vacuumed and the wash was pretty great. Left the car absolutely shiny. I was very satisfied. A bit pricey but definitely coming back to at least use the free vacuums :) I was absolutely fascinated and pleased to see that you guys provided clean rags and glass cleaner for the windows. No other car washes I’ve been to have this. Definitely recommend you to come here.

Be careful when getting your car washed here. Not sure if it was the car wash soap or the stuff they sprayed on just as you enter the wash, but something left permanent marks on the black trim pieces. Tried scrubbing, to no avail. Otherwise staff was friendly and the car wash did an okay job of cleaning my car. Reasonable pricing.

First time last time. Talked me into the monthly subscription. However, cancelling immediately. My truck was not cleaned well at all. Wheel wells are full of dirt and grime. Streaks everywhere and poor drying process as well. Tire dressing is a joke. I will be finding somewhere else to go.
